Manulife Financial, a repeat client, approached SG Contracting in early May with an aggressive deadline – a tenant needed new space, and they needed it by the end of June. This left only 6 weeks to mobilize and complete all aspects of a high-end law office environment. It also meant obtaining a Certificate of Occupancy from the City of Atlanta in the shortest of time frames. Close coordination was required between building management, subcontractors, and City inspectors to ensure no delays occurred that would impact the schedule even for one day. In order to achieve this, SG worked nights and weekends throughout the schedule to avoid any disruptions to other tenants in the building. The finished space has extensive glass-front cabinetry and built-in bookcases, along with modern lighting and architectural glass accents. Strickland Brockington Lewis moved into their new office almost a week ahead of schedule.
