This project at Emory University included the complete renovation of the lobby and reception area of the Human Genetics Lab. The area received new finishes and partitions were adjusted to make better use of the existing space. New MEPs and med gas piping were installed to support the new lab.
The Sigma Nu House at Georgia Tech is a 46-bed residence hall with a full-service kitchen, study hall, theatre room, and alumni exhibitory. This project required the complete demolition of the existing residency. In order to protect the adjacent Georgia Tech property, all existing retaining walls, hardscape, pool structure, and trees were maintained during construction.
The suite construction at Bobby Dodd stadium first started with the full demolition of 6 existing suites. The remaining space was then built-out into two separate spaces, each much larger than the original suites.
