SG Contracting was awarded the interiors construction for Countrywide Home Loans’ 3,800-square-foot offices on the first floor of One Wisteria Place – a professional office building in Snellville, Georgia. SG Contracting accelerated the permitting and design process in order to meet the client’s projected move-in date. By understanding the client’s needs and objectives and working together to achieve these goals, SG Contracting was able to complete construction 3 weeks ahead of schedule, allowing Countrywide to move in prior to their projected opening date. The successful completion of this project led to the renovation and/or new construction of several other Countrywide branches in the greater Atlanta area including Decatur, Peachtree City, and Perimeter Place. SG Contracting is now a preferred contractor with Countrywide Home Loans.
