Bob also provides detailed budget estimates and scheduling from predevelopment to construction documents. He has successfully completed estimating services for clients in commercial office, higher education, and healthcare.

Sachin Shailendra is Vice President of SG Contracting. His responsibilities include: client relationships, operations management, day to day project management, and providing preconstruction support. Tom Drewicz is the Pre – Construction Manager of SG Contracting. Tom is a results-oriented, hands-on construction and development professional with over 25 years of experience in all aspects of the industry. He has a verifiable track record for the completion of multi-million dollar projects through coordinating trades, developing partnerships, and building positive rapport with architects, engineers, local officials, vendors, and clients while controlling costs and staying on schedule.
