This fast track 5,022 square foot project was completed in February of 2008. The space, designed by Medical Management and Associates, consisted of an Ear, Nose, and Throat practice, an Audiologist & Hearing Center Lab, and a Medical Spa & Treatment Facility. The ENT practice consisted of six exam rooms, one procedure room and two central nurse stations. The audiology practice has three exam rooms and an audio booth used for testing. SG Contracting coordinated with the Owner’s vendors in an effort to ensure that all equipment and procedural requirements were in place to ensure a smooth transition and move for the practices’ office management.

SG Contracting’s working relationship with the Owner allowed construction to continue on track despite moderate additions and changes in the scope of work during the construction process.
