For this 3,500 square foot interiors project for Park Avenue Bank, SG Contracting was met with the challenge of installing a remote drive-thru teller to meet the programming requirements of the bank, who wanted to upgrade its customer service options. Challenges included working around the detention system beneath the parking lot and accessing the building with an underground pneumatic tube system. SG Contracting not only achieved these objectives but at the same time maintained a clean, safe and professional working environment throughout the construction process in order to minimize disruption of the existing tenants within the building. Construction was completed in January of 2007, allowing Park Avenue Bank to open as a full-service commercial bank and office suite.
