For this interiors project for Heritage Bank, SG Contracting guided the client through the design and preconstruction phase as well as coordinated the construction of the tenant fit-out. The SG Contracting team was able to deliver a cost-effective construction budget that coordinated the tenant’s needs with those of the building core. The project not only met all of the bank’s functional space requirements but was also delivered on time and within budget.
