SG Contracting worked with the Landlord to carry out this renovation and expansion of an existing bank space to suit Keller Williams’ requirements. Partial demolition was carried out around ceramic tile, wood millwork and bank equipment (i.e. teller lines, ATM facilities, etc.) requiring close attention to the protection of existing surfaces. All mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work was completed on a design-build basis. This mandated coordination between the Tenant, the Landlord, and the City of Snellville to ensure compatibility between building code requirements and the ultimate goals of the Tenant. Complicating the project further, the building was in use during the construction duration, requiring SG to coordinate deliveries and construction tasks to minimize any impact on existing tenants. SG successfully completed the work under budget and on schedule.
